Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — Effective March 11, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the PublishOS / IASE platform (“Service”), operated by Voyage Tracable, LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We comply with GDPR (EU), COPPA (US), and applicable age-of-consent laws in all jurisdictions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Account sharing is prohibited.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice and an opportunity to appeal as described in our DMCA & Moderation Policy.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and cache your content as necessary to operate the Service.

When publishing content, you must certify that you own or have the right to distribute it. Uploading content you do not have rights to may result in content removal and account action under our repeat infringer policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload illegal, defamatory, harassing, or obscene content.
  • Upload content that exploits minors in any way.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, security measures, or rate limits.
  • Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

6. Content Moderation

We moderate content in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), UK Online Safety Act, and US law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. All moderation actions include a statement of reasons and an opportunity to appeal. See our DMCA & Moderation Policy for details.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), we maintain a policy to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Three substantiated strikes within a 180-day period will result in permanent account termination.

8. Payments & Creator Revenue

Creators set their own prices. The platform retains a 15% commission on paid transactions. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and require identity verification (KYC). Tax reporting obligations (1099-K, VAT) are handled in compliance with applicable law.

A priced file can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. That return refunds the purchase. Third-party training on an upload is off unless the creator turns it on for that file.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyage Tracable, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. For EU users, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under GDPR or applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
